Today I was learning about  the 12 days of a kiwi christmas                 I was put into a group we tried to make all I help make two                 slides. 

I made the 2th day of Christmas and the 7th day of  Christmas            slides.

Review on what we have learn in 2020

 Today we have been doing a review on all the stuff we have learned                                                           through the year my group  had to make slides so we could  do our screencastify review                    cause must of my group was not here so there was only two people in my me and Zane                              I did the screencastify slide I had to full in for Amy and Passion because they were not at school that day. All of my group was here to make the  slides and the script we had to make the script  a bit different I hope that the video looks good

I found it easy to make the slides and help with the  screencastify even though                                           most of my group was not here. 

I found it hard to pretend to be two different people in the screencastify and say their bit.

Next time I will try to speak clearer in the screencastify 

what does Christmas mean to me?

 Today we have been learning about what christmas means to us, Christmas means a lot  to me for so many reasons because its so fun to wrap the presents for my family and I tried to make the slides look like a christmas theme. 

I found it easy to make the slides and make the title page.

I found it hard to make the slides had a Christmas theme that I liked.

Next time I will try put more effort into the slides.

Moment in Time

 Today we have been what a moment in time is we could chose if we went to write as a squirrel or the hawk I chose to  write as the squirrel because cause I thought there will be to write I enjoyed writing about this topic because it was so fun to expand on this topic.

I  it easy to find word to  describe  the hawk and the squirrel

I found it hard to find a good background and images that looked good.

Next time I will try to put a background in all of my slides.

Positive Quote

 today we have been learning about quote and what a quote is I found this quote that I really liked.  I had to find out who made the quote I picked a background that I think goes with the background really well, I mostly worked by myself even though we were in a group of four. 

I found it easy to match a background with the quote that I chose because I notice what looked good with the quote and what did not look good.

I found it hard to find a good quote that I thought was good and had a good motive.

Next time I will try to put some more images into the background to make it look a bit more nicer.

fake postcard

 Today we are learning about what phishing and about scams on the innet and how to not fall for them we had to make fake postcards of a 'place that we went too' I worked to try make to it look more real. 

I fould it easy to write a postcard that soulded real and not fake.

I fould it hard to hard make the picture look real and I tried to edit it .

next time I will try to take a better picture so it doesn't look as bad.   

10 most important things in a recount and my goal for this year.

we are learning about what are the most important things in a recount we had to work with our writing buddy's and talk about what we think is important in a recount we made a list of things that think important, my writing buddy was Patience.

4.awsering what, where, why, when and why

5.adding facts that are true

6.puncution

7. descriptive words

8.remembeing your paragraph

10. full stops and capital letters.

 My writing goal is to be able to spell more words that I can't spell and to write faster  so I can get my work done.

I found it easy to think of a  title and write my title I also found it easy to think of a goal for my writing. I found it hard to spell a lot of my words like descriptive I had to use auto correct                                    n               next time I will talk to my writing buddy more.

Ways we can encourge birds to come to our school.

we have been learning about native birds and how we can            get them to come to our school we had to write four ideas          and make a google drawing about our ideas and insert our          ideas into our google doc 

I found it easy to think of ideas for my drawing because I was able to think of a lot of ideas.

I found it hard to draw the birds because I had to make a lot of them. 

New Zealand birds

Today we learn about native, endemic and introduced birds of NZ and what their meaning is, we have to work in our co-operative groups for morere we had to learn what endemic means I tried to finsh in time but I wasn't able to do my polyline in time.

I found it easy to get the information that I really needed on different websites.

I found it hard to  put all of my information in two paragraphs.

next time I will try make my background  brighter and more colouful. 

The Environment is your responsibility

 For the last few weeks we have been learning about persuasive writing about the environment and why the environment is our responsibility I was really happy we got this to do this topic . I found it easy to research about the environment and about pollution but I found it really hard to think of good sentence starters and to write complex words I next time I will put more evidence and  i'll try get better reasons. 

Scratch Commenting

I love Scratch becaue I get to make fun new games. How to play you need to anwer the qustions you put A or B as the anwsers you type the awsers in the long box at the bottem warning the game is not done yet I will work on it more but I hope you like the game so far.

My Favorite Time of Day

Today we are learning about writing about our favorite time of day.

I found it easy to think about two of my favorite time of day . 

I found it hard to write my second paragraph and decribe the my favorite time of day.

 Next time I will write more about after school because I did not write much about that subjet.

The Fun Run

We  are learning about writeing a recount about the Awapuni Fun run.

I found it easy to describe the Fun runand and to  use averbs and use describe it

I found it hard to memorise the Fun run. 

next time I will write more words and  describe it a bit more.

 I found it easy to write the comment with rich and descriptive words
 I found it hard to think of exples to use
